i have question regarding dynamic zoning resources assigned virtual machines, there anyway dynamically control resources assigned virtual machines whatever hypervisor, want know things needed considered if having different load time during day vm should response variation @ same time, if customer asks doubling assigned resources his/her vm there should guarantees bandwidth or whatever assigned resources doubled according request.
can explain me hypervisor implement knowledge isn't possible in current opensource hypervisors xen, kvm, vbox,... etc, never worked commercial hypervisor before?

did check cgroups? not sure guarantee, can expand resources whenever need them through resource controllers.
