audio - Android: Play soundfile or text-to-speech during phone call/SIP -

is possible in android make phone call or sip call , play soundfile after call established? other option ok me after established call tts engine reads text person on other side hear that. possible?

if mean played locally (i.e. can hear it), sure. should working without using special tricks.

if mean inject audio uplink other party can hear it, no - @ least not during normal voice call. perhaps possible during sip call if implement whole sip stack , generate audio packets in app. i'm not familiar how sip calls works, can't whether work or not.
