app store - After loading an app to the iOS Appstore is it possible to make it active / public from a specified date? -

i want load app appstore , make public in order sell not immediately, example lets in 1 month. there option makes possible?

i need install weather station in month before want finish procedures appstore, directly after installation can able present related app on appstore.
