php - CSV file number format is different in EXCEL and Notepad -

i have received report csv file. contains contact names , contact numbers. when try open file in excel, displays contact number "912224308876". but, if try open file in notepad or try read in php contact number in different format i.e. "9.12224e+11".

does 1 has idea solve issue?

the problem excel treats long numbers floating point , converts them scientific notation, in lossy way. described below, best options either use txt extension instead of csv , use import wizard (which allows specify column types), or use formula instead of number fake out excel.
