c# - Fetch multiple values from same form -

i have form in gathering information user. based on value of 1 of dropdowns, showing panel user. panel contains textboxes, dropdowns etc.
suppose user fills in values, want show him add more button. on clicking button value in panel should saved somewhere , panel should go blank adding more values. way user enter values number of times before final submission. on final submission these values saved table. guide me methodology of how achieved?? want know how kind of thing can achieved @ frontend?

you can either make use of lists purpose or simple arrays.

you have not mentioned fields , suppose are, username, address, telephonenumber.

then can make list or dynamic arrays each of these fields , on final submission, can bulk transfer database.
