the oracle working on server 2 days ago i've not been able connect it, unfortunately server manager not around weeks , not familiar oracle much, appreciate in advance.
the error:

the database has been stopped deliberately or has crashed. no way tell without consulting alert log , trace files might have been generated.
this not sort of thing can talked through on so. requires genuine expertise, if haven't got dba or power user access server you're out of luck.
does database matter? i'm tempted "obviously not", because leave critical business process untended "weeks"? however, if need database you'll have tell boss they'll have spring emergency dba.
