ios - mergmp from mergext won't play videos from iTunes store -

my app uses mergmp list , play videos ipad library. works fine videos except downloaded itunes store, can listed , selected generate blank screen. (they play ok ipad's own video app.)

is there workaround this?

i have had issues (song/video) files being listed playable not downloaded onto device yet. apples software download them first , play them if not downloaded. test out whether trying play un-downloaded videos on device: go "itunes & app stores" settings in settings app on ipad , turn off "show music" "only music has been downloaded device shown". try app again. if works why not playing. if not problem must elsewhere.
