Bootstrap and metro ui css javascript conflict -

this might sound stupid question have had 2 days introducing problems , fixing them while trying make current app have new metro ui css

i pretty new rails, , css well.

i started twitter bootstrap , included sass gem. stumbled across metro ui css , wanted have , feel app. time, have implemented lot of bootstrap , feel , of elements have javascript ex. dropdown menus , accordians.

now, have installed metro ui css gem too. see lot of conflict , half of things not working

questions: 1. guess somethings not working ex. accordion , dropdown menus because of javascropt conflict in bootstrap , metroui. correct reason? 2. can , should use both of them together? 3. if use bootstrap app , copy modern.css metroui , go on without problems or css have conflicts too.

i want change , feel metro ui css without changing bootstrap functionality. should stick one?

they 2 libraries/frameworks same purpose, going butt heads.

it's putting 2 drivers in 1 car, ain't gonna easy find compromise!

my suggestion pick 1 , stick it.

if metro ui feel use that, bootstrap inspiration on how implement things.
