jquery-ui tooltip disable tooltip for disabled elements -

i have problem jquery tooltip. happens in jquery datepicker plugin. when hover on previous month icon, tooltip shown, not hidden if close datepicker widget. happens when previous icon disabled in datepicker plugin. see below lines of code in jquery-ui.js. line number 12269

is supposed disable tooltip elements disabled if correct. still see tooltip disabled previous icon in jquery datepicker widget. i'm using ie8, problem persists in chrome.

here steps faced problem.

1. hover on datepicker previous month button(its disabled)
2. select date , closes datepicker widget, tooltip not hidden.

this problem occurs elements disabled. how overcome this?

i use simple trick issue:
