i need split file chunks. find algorithms split files fix size blocks. not need. need file needs split chunks file composed of. let file_1 has 9 chunks, file_1 split 9 blocks. each blocks has each chunk.

simple. read file_1, , copy contents file_1_chuck_0 until spot first byte of second chunk. close file_1_chuck_0, open file_1_chuck_1, , continue.
