How to set order to tab in Magento 1.7 -

i have added 2 custom tabs store on product page admin end. want set order tabs i.e first tab called 'custom prices' , second tab called 'custom quantities' want set first tab 'custom quantities' , second tab 'custom prices'

first install easy tabs if don't have setup on magento instance :
