capture video frame from video file in VB.net -

as title says, have write code (in vb.net) go capture frame video file , save image. i've no idea start.

any or idea's welcome

so add more info what do; have set of video's (i think avi files, not sure, can't access video's files right now). need picture of video after 5 secondes of playing. , i'm programming in vb.net, that's it
